I've been working in the mental health field for almost 20 years both here in the USA and in Australia where I was licensed psychologist providing me a multicultural dimension to my practice. 


I'm trained in a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Feminist Therapy and Trauma Informed Care but I prefer to take an eclectic approach when treating the individual- you!  You don't need "buzzwords", you're coming to therapy to feel better and be empowered.   I'm here to help you get there in a warm, safe environment.
